It been a year since i came to this restaurant. Last week some of my Korean and Singapore friend was here so i brought them to try Malaysian Style Seafood.
Since my last visit they have added many more type of live seafood, many type of lobster, many types of crabs ( the king crab look scary, like a big spider), geoduck, plenty species of fish and many more
Our First Dish, Soya Steam Soon Hock (Marble Goby), 20 min ago its was swimming on the left picture and 20 mins later its on the plate
Kam Heong live LALA
Long Sou aka Dragon Vegetable with Mushroom stir fry with garlic. This vege seldom able to see at normal restaurant. I like the taste it's crunchy and sweet.
Salted Egg Crab, plenty of salted egg make it very delicious, i think we can only find this in Malaysia. I have ask my Singaporean friend they said they only serve chilli and pepper crab.
This is delicious, cheese baked Canadian oyster( ichiban)
